So far today, I've gotten three responses to my question: One through Facebook, one through LinkedIn, and one through Twitter... so I guess there IS a reason to have more than one online social medium.

Where can I learn more about your Leadership in the Round theory? (until your books are published). Also, I am curious whether it is based on empirical evidence and if so, what that is.
