I'm happy to report that my first book is in the editing process.  After much thought, I've decided to break down the Leadership In-the-Round theory into four books. 

The first, which is now in rough draft form, is a primer intended to prepare readers for the theory and to cultivate a spirit of reception in them.

The second book, "Leadership In-the-Round: The Fundamentals," will cover the fundamentals of Leadership In-the-Round... I could have just stated the title and left it at that.  This book will really delve into the meat of the theory, and it will equip readers to lead themselves and to lead others, but will not touch on reproductive leadership, through which leaders equip and develop other leaders, a need that will be filled in the third or fourth book.

The third and fourth books will be a practical guide and an advanced principles book, though I'm not sure which one will come first.  The practical guide will provide a framework for implementing Leadership In-the-Round in any team setting.  The advanced principles book will cover the deepest and most difficult aspects of Leadership In-the-Round, including the foundation for the fundamentals and the necessary equipment for a leader to reproduce leadership in others.

I anticipate that the writing and publishing of these books will be completed over the next two years.  I've already started doing speaking events on the topic, and I'm really enjoying those opportunities.  If you would like to invite me to speak on Leadership In-the-Round, please feel free to e-mail me at kurt@kurttheobald.com
